Youll learn how to align IT services more effectively with the needs of organizations and users, and how to create and continuously improve value using ITIL 4. This course will introduce you to the Service Value System and the Service Value Chain, the Four Dimensions model, and the key guiding principles such as creating value, collaborating, and optimizing. Youll also discover how the continual improvement model works in practice and gain insight into the most commonly used ITIL practices, including incident management, problem management, and change enablement. This course is a guided self-study course: you learn independently, with support whenever you need it. The course requires 36 hours of study time and gives you three months of access to the online learning environment, where you can plan your study schedule completely flexibly. You work through assignments, quizzes, and case studies at your own pace, supported by an active community, expert mentors, and one-on-one video consultations. This course prepares you for the ITIL® 4 Foundation exam. You’ll receive an exam voucher that allows you to take the online exam within twelve months, at a time that suits you best.
