This course will introduce you to the Service Value System and the Service Value Chain, the Four Dimensions model, and the key guiding principles such as creating value, collaborating, and optimizing. Youll also discover how the continual improvement model works in practice and gain insight into the most commonly used ITIL practices, including incident management, problem management, and change enablement.
