Over three days, you refresh your knowledge of data center operations and prepare once again for the official exam. During the training, all essential topics from the original course are revisited, with a focus on current developments and deeper understanding. You review subjects such as team management, SLAs, vendor contracts, compliance, and physical security. The course also revisits capacity management, floor management, maintenance strategies, and monitoring. Certification

On the final day, you take the official CDFOM exam from EXIN once more. Upon passing, your Certified Data Center Facilities Operations Manager status is officially renewed. The updated certification is valid for three years. If you’re taking the course online or cannot attend the final day, you receive an exam voucher to complete the test online at a later time. Exam costs are included in the course fee.
