PRINCE2 Foundation helps you approach project management in a more structured, predictable and, above all, effective way. You learn how the international PRINCE2 method gives you more control over projects, improves collaboration with stakeholders and makes decision-making more transparent. By understanding how projects are structured and which factors determine success, you can strengthen your role within any project.

During the course, you will discover step by step how the PRINCE2 principles, processes and practices together provide a clear guideline for any type of project. You will become familiar with essential concepts and learn how to apply project phasing, risk management, progress monitoring and quality. We also pay extra attention to the human aspect of project management and to sustainability in projects, enabling you to make modern, future-proof choices.

You will practice with recognisable scenarios similar to situations in your own work environment. By directly applying theory to assignments, you will experience how to use PRINCE2 elements concretely in projects of various sizes. This enables you to immediately start conducting or supporting projects in a structured way after the course, and you will be well prepared for the PRINCE2 Foundation exam. The exam is not included in this course. You will receive an exam voucher that allows you to take the online exam within 12 months at a time and location of your choice.
