In the MS-102 Microsoft 365 Administrator Essentials course at Vijfhart, you will discover how to get the most out of Microsoft 365 for your organisation. You will learn about Microsoft 365 workloads and Microsoft Entra ID and how to set up, migrate, configure and manage Microsoft 365 in different types of environments. This will enable you to develop yourself as a Microsoft 365 administrator and lay the foundation for the official exam.

During the MS-102 course, you will work with all the core tasks of a Microsoft 365 administrator. You will learn how to set up and manage a tenant, how to synchronise identities via Microsoft Entra, and how to manage access, roles and licences. You will also get security in order with Microsoft Defender and ensure compliance with Microsoft Purview. In addition, tenant health and service management are covered in detail.
