You are introduced to the core concepts of digital product and service management, such as value and co-creation of value, outcomes, costs, and risks. You also learn how service relationships, customer journeys, and service quality contribute to value delivery. You then explore the four dimensions of product and service management and discover how people, processes, technology, and partners are interconnected. You learn how the ITIL product and service lifecycle supports organizations in discovering, designing, building, delivering, and supporting digital products and services.

The course pays extensive attention to the ITIL value system. You learn how guiding principles, governance, value streams, and continual improvement work together to provide coherence and direction. In addition, you gain insight into identifying, mapping, and improving value streams and learn the role of modern technologies, such as automation and artificial intelligence.
