You take the exam online at a time that suits you, 24/7, including support. You will need a private, quiet room and a PC or laptop with a webcam to complete the exam without interruptions.

• You need 26 out of 40 points to pass
• Exam duration: 60 minutes

With this exam voucher, you can schedule and take the ITIL® (version 5) Foundation exam within the 12-month validity period. Please note that the voucher validity cannot be extended, so make sure to schedule and complete your exam before the expiration date.
