Ansible and Windows (English)

Ansible can be used to manage and configure Windows servers. This can be done using AWX/AAP or from the command line, in this training, we will use the command line. You will connect to a Windows machine yourself, configure it for management with Ansible, and use Ansible playbooks to automate its configuration.

You will learn how to configure and deploy Ansible for Windows automation, and how to work with the major groups of Ansible collections for Windows management. The course also covers how to deploy these collections effectively so you can apply them in real-world scenarios.

In addition, you will understand the various connection methods available for managing Windows with Ansible, along with their respective pros and cons. By practicing these approaches hands-on, you will gain the practical insight needed to choose the right method for your own environment.
