About our keynote speakers

Richard HoedemanRichard Hoedeman, Lean Agile coach, trainer & consultant

“My drive is to find balance. Improve in a controlled way”.

Too much control and too little improvement or too little control and too much change? For Richard the meaning and balance are found in the Lean methods, efficient and effective improvement, combined with Agile, agile and flexible change. The Lean Startup approach with development through a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) combined with Minimum Viable Bureaucracy (MVB) appeals greatly to Richard.

Richard’s energy and enthusiasm certainly help you, as a coach and in learning the theory. This will make sure that you pass the PRINCE2, Agile PM, Scrum Master, Product Owner, PRINCE2 Agile, DevOps, P3O or Lean-IT exams after attending his trainings.

Taco VoormanTaco Voorman; Agile strategist, coach and speaker at Ctrl Improve

“I always listen to people and change the way of working, the environment and the process slowely with care”.

Taco is focused on the development of individuals and departments in an organization. The mapping of knowledge levels, procedures, working methods and the improvement of these form important consultancy activitiesBrainsessions and workshops with employees from the organizations to be investigated form the basis of the applied methodologies.

For different training organizations and relations Taco regularly provided standard training courses such as ITIL, DevOps, ASL2, BISL, Lean-IT and SCRUM, but also especially tailor-made training courses (business skills and process engineering) developing assessments and information analysis skills training courses.

Simon OstengardSimon Østengaard ; Lead Architect Product Development, Keylane

“I am used to working with people in different geographical locations and from many cultures and I have been leading cross location teams several times”.

I got the opportunity to join a Copenhagen based Insurance and Pension software company in a technical release management role.Back in 2013 the position was newly formed and I was asked to shape the new release management area. I am mainly responsible for bridging the Keylane development organization with the customer’s technical organization. This role spans both test management, project management and many technical facets such as environment specification, continuous deployment and performance test planning. In addition to this I have been the Project Manager on customer projects and on several in-house initiatives. Recently I had a role on a data warehouse project at one of our customers on the back of one of Keylane’s Life and Pension implementation projects.

All this has given me a good knowledge about the systems, processes and the business domain within Life and Pension providers.

I am a Technical Architect with a long background in systems administration, QA and development.
I describe myself as a generalist with experience in almost any technical domain.
I fit well in the role of a technical lead, because of my combination of technical knowledge, management skills and understanding of the business.
I am also a certified project- and test manager and I have been working in such roles on several customer projects.
I have spent most of my career in the IT security industry, apart from the last 4 years where I have been working in the Life and Pension industry gaining some knowledge about life and pension systems and their use.
